Texas: my wife is 50% owner of several houses in a subdivision with her ex husband. He wont buy us out or Give us half the properties and he collects rents from them and dont Give her Anything. What rights do we have and how can she get possesion of her half or sell her half?

She can file a suit for partition. The court can partition the properties by sale.
You need to look at the divorce decree to see what it says to do about the houses. If it merely stated that each gets 50%, then you can file a motion to partition (sell) the properties, and split the proceeds. You can also sue him for 1/2 the back rents, less expenses.
