Time Share

We got talked into buying Time Share last year. Cannot keep up with the payments. Where do I stand if I just stop making the payments?

Read your contract, particularly the defafault provisions and remedies. Most likely the selling party will have a right to the balance due under the contract. Larry maun 713.266.2560
