Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Timeshare
Bought into Timeshare in Branson in 2001. Was told the building would be ready in June or July 2002. Building not ready at time of writing. But what is very annoying is this. Whenever I call the Timeshare office the person answering says ''This is the ''Switchboard'' they ask who I want and forwards my call to the person I want. The only problem is I always get a recorded message, it does not matter what time of the day I call. It may be 3 or 4 days later when I get a call back. I want to get out of this contract as they have misrepresented their service. It has been 7 mth. and have not received any ID to say I am an owner.

Re: Timeshare
You should review your pruchase contract to determine your rights in the event of default by Seller. If there were misrepresentations you have cause to terminate the contract regardless of what the contract says. Larry Maun 713.266.2560
