Title to building
My husband and I have a building in both of our names. Two busniess where in the building. I no longer have ownership of one of the busniesses. I want the building out of my name and his only on the title. How do we do this

Re: Title to building
A special warranty deed will remove you from title. It will not remove you from a mortgage on the property, however. Also, if there is a mortgage, you will need written permission from them prior to making the transfer.
