Title Name Change
My mother wishes to change the name on the title of her house from my deceased father. House is completely paid for and she wishes to use it for its equity. Please list any forms or statements she may need (not much money for legal fees)

There are a couple of things she might do. First, she might probate a will if there is one. Second, she might file an application to determine heirship if there is no will.
Third, she might be able to get by with an affidavit of heirship.
