Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

The title is clear (from what I know) and my father is on the title with my uncle (50/50) and the property is paid for. Do I need an attorney to execute a warranty deed to have my uncle remove himself from the house title? If so, how much am I looking at to do this? Once again thanks for your advice

1 Answer from Attorneys

The uncle would have to deed his interest to whomever. You should expect to pay about $200 or so, plus the filing fee. An attorney or title company could do this for you.
