Title Insurance
I am selling my house. The buyer is getting title insurance, Is he responsible for the fees?

It depends on what the contract says. It's negotiable, as is most things in your contract (price, repairs, etc.)

The form real estate contract typically provides that the seller pays the basic title insurance premium. This is a negotiable item, but if you signed saying you wold pay, you are likely stuck. More importantly, it is REALLY a bad idea to buy or sell real estate without title insurance
