Get Title
How can I get a title for a
mobile home I purchased from an individual? Aug 2004 an agreement was signed that I would pay $20,000 at $400 a month for 50 months. As of Sept 2008 I paid in full. Now I am being told they won't have a clear title until Dec 2010 unless they win the lotto.

It sounds like they didn't use the money you paid them to pay off an underlying loan. If that is the case, you will have to pay off the underlying loan or wait until 2010.
