Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Towing Rights
The neighbors across the street are treating to tow our car if we park in front their house. We do not park there alot just when we have guest over and there isn't enough room. We are not blocking their drive way or mailbox. Can they do this?

It dependends on the city ordinances and restrictive covenants of the neighborhood. You would need to read those documents. Ordinances are usually available online, or check with your local police department.
