When I transfer--name removed--estate to a revocable living trust: should I use a Quitclaim Deed or a Warranty Deed?

Most likely you would want a warranty deed. Quitclaims do not really transfer an interest, they are only a release of an interest to a third party. Therefore, you should only use quitclaims if you don't know if you have an interest in the property. As for what's appropriate here, I would recommend your checking with your title company to be absolutely sure.
