Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Trashy neighbor

A home on our otherwise very nice cul-de-sac is a rental property. The renters (welfare recipients) have vacated the place, leaving two unworking vehicles and a huge pile of trash in the driveway. I know the electricity has been shut off. I don't know who the owner is, but this is a repeat problem with him renters. How can I stop this?

Call the city code enforcement officers. If you are not in a city, try enforcing deed restrictions. If you don't have either, move to the city.
