Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

A tree from my property falls on a an adjacent property's fence (that was built by the adjacent property owner)by means of an act of God, either from high winds or it was dead and it was just time for it to fall. Horses from my property (that do not belong to me, but have permission to be on my property) found their way through the downed fence onto my neighbor's property.

Who is responsible for repairing the fence? Me, my friend who owns the horses, or my neighbor who owns the fence?

The person who owns the property on which the tree was growing. Insurance should cover this.
