Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

What type of lawyer do I use when I have a dispute over a foreclosure of my home. My ex-wife was paying the mortgage for the past year and now she missed 3 payments. The house is still under my name. The court agreement allowed her to keep the home under the condition that she is responsible for the mortgage payment. Chase bank has sent out letters for foreclosure. I recently went back to court to regain full ownership of my home from my ex-wife. The judge granted me full ownership. I would like to keep the house from becoming foreclosed. What type of lawyer do I call to mediate this situation with Chase bank and myself? I would like for Chase to refinance my home into a smaller payment and save this house.
