Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Unknown to them, my parents bought a house at the end of a private landing strip. Planes take off and land directly over their home. Is there recourse? Should it have been revealed by the builder?

It probably should have been revealed to them but it seems hard to believe that they did not see the planes fly over when they were initially looking at the house. The only recourse it to sue the builder in court for the damage done by his neglecting to tell them about the airport.
