Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
The vehicle that I drive has a title that is in my parents name. I have been driving it for about 3 years. I've paid for the gas, the maintenance, and for the past 6 months, I have been paying for the insurance. How do I claim ownership of the vehicle without the permission of the title holder? Is there any sort of loophole that would allow me to do that?

The vehicle belongs to the person listed on the title. There is no loophole.
