Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

verizon.real estate in trust

my mom recently passed away. She owns about 2acres that is in a trust along with her brother who has not been in contact with family for at least 20 years- my mom has been paying the taxes on property since her mom passed in1996. we know where brother is and tried to contact but no response. What can we do to sell ?

You need to talk to the trustee, and find out what are the terms of the trust.
