Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

warranties

We had a house built that was completed in September 2001. Since we moved in there are numerous things we have found we didn't see before. We have notified the contractor by phone numerous times and he always says he will fix the problems. He has not yet addressed the problems. Is there anything else we can do to get these problems fixed?

Re: warranties

Unfortunately, once a contractor starts giving you the run around its probably best to retain legal counsel. With new home constructions there are usually express warranties under which a consumer can bring an action. If you need further assistance feel free to contact me.
