Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Warranty Deed in Texas

i was granted with clear title 0.100 acres next to my 10 acre tract. 10 acre tract has 3rd party lien. the 0.100 acreas has plat and legal description recorded with warranty deed at the county clerk office. the 10 acre tract has the same. i had the total 10.100 re-platted and new legal description done and need to record a new warranty deed with the county clerk office showing combined tract. how do i show new warranty deed grantor and grantee when i am trying to combine these 2 tracts? do i show both grantors for each tract on the same warranty deed? or do i show my wife and i as the grantor of the 0.100 tract and my wife and i as the grantee on the 10 acre tract for the new warranty and record this?

Re: Warranty Deed in Texas

The grantees on the old deeds will be the grantors on the new deeds. the names must be exact, the grantees on the new deed will be how you want to hold title. All grantees on old deeds must sign.
