warranty deed
my ex wife and I refinance our house before we divorce so that i can buy her off.Her name is still on the title and refuse to sign.Is this there a statute of limitation or what do i need to do.

What does your divorce decree say? Did you get the house? If so, that may be enough. If not, you may want to contact an attorney - a statute of limitations wouldn't apply here.
