Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
My wife and I, along with her father, own the property we live on in Texas. We want to sell but my father-in-law does not want to be invovled in the transaction for health reasons. Can we sell our home/property with a power-of-attornery signed by him?

You can as long as the POA is acceptable to the title company.
