Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My wife & I gave our married son a vehicle. The vehicle is financed and we want to continue paying for with the loan in our name. However, is it possible to title the vehicle in my son's name while leaving the loan in our name?

yes...the lender's name will remain on the title until paid, you will remain as obligor to lender..but visit the county clerk for forms.....
