Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
My wife passed away. Both of our names are on the deed. I want to refinance at at better rate. Can I legally do this as long as her name is on the deed or do I have to have her name removed first. I want this done legally. Thank you

You need to get her name removed first. Did she have a will? Does she have children outside the marriage? Did she own the house prior to your marriage?
