Would you like to tell me how much will cost me for deed transfer if I buy the land in Crowell city. How long it takes? Can I do it over internet of crowell city? Many thanks? Sanny

There's no fixed fee for preparing transfer documents. Most lawyers/title companies that I know will typically charge about $250-300 for a deed, if you supply the appropriate property description. The filing fees are generally around $40. I'm assuming there are no problems in the chain of title. ALthough you can't file over the internet, many attorneys will allow you to retain them online, and prepare the documents for you remotely.
