Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

What if there was no will from the deceased. But there was a verbal agreement between the two consenting adults giving permission for us to live in home? While the house is in probate can we still live in it?

I'd need some more details about your situation, but the answer will probably be "No, you don't have the right to stay in the house now if the legal owner [i.e., the deceased's estate] won't permit it."
