Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Will filing a lawsuit temporarily halt an eviction due to a wrongful foreclosure? I've been fighting for over two years because a bank wrongfully foreclosed on me. They changed my interest rate without my signature. Did not properly inform me of the foreclosure and what would happen. Added excess fees without reason as to why. Made unrealistic monetary demands. Threatened me by having me locked out and possessions sold. The list could go on. My health has declined so badly that I have lost teeth. Which caused me to lose my job and any potential interviews I go on become conveniently filled once they see me in person. It's left me almost indigent. My body is wracked with pain on a regular basis. In less than 3 short years, I went from a vibrant healthy women, to almost needing to be in a nursing home. I've aged considerably. The fear of being homeless, makes me cry myself to sleep every night. Though I have been told my many attorneys I have a strong case, I am unable to afford them and those who are handling these cases on a contingency basis, have more clients they can handle right now. I've been told it's a guarantee win, but my case has so many violations there is a lot of work involved and need a firm with a lot of resources. I know people say that I don' t have a chance on my own, but what other choice do I have? I didn't deserve what happened to me. I don't have the support that others have. I lost family and friends because of their shame of me. I'm not even sure if my heart will last much longer. I've begged and pleaded for help and even wished for a "Ty Pennington" type of miracle to come, but it never did. I need to at least get my case heard in front of a judge. I need to try to do something. I'm going to be homeless and would rather die that do this. Can someone please help me? Answer my question? Tell me at least what I can do to buy me more time? Where I can go to research the information I need for my case? Please...someone. Is there any compassion out there? Thanks for your consideration.

Yes...but you must contact a lawyer..I would be happy to review your case..but must see the documents. Have you been served with notice of eviction? Threats are not action...
