Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

wrongful foreclosure

I have had a on going issue with my mortgage co. since 1996.

My frustration lies because I have been attorney feed out. I have a FHA loan, to which when you call FHA number for foreclosures, they still show my loan as a active FHA loan, because they have yet to receive anything from lender on default. I have been trying to obtain a attorney that also, has a wrongful suit against same lender. I believe that the lender is doing wrongful foreclosures as they are not notifing FHA, they are not sending out proper notices, and that they are selling the houses themselves and making alot of money as my home alone has $50,000 equity in it. I want to know what can be done when you need more of an attorney than legal aid, and don't know where you get the funds to pay a $5000,00 retainer fee. I have owned home since 1993, I know that all things that have been done to me are incorrect and illegal. What a money making schame they have going on.

Re: wrongful foreclosure

Were you behind in your mortgage payments when your home was foreclosed? Did you receive the notice of foreclosure? IF the answer to both of thses questions is NO, I would consider helping you on a contingent fee basis. Email me with these details.
