Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 17. A guy from our school (also a minor) filmed us having sex without our consent/knowledge. He then posted the video on facebook, twitter, vine, instagram, everywhere. We just found out last night and our parents don't know yet. We want to press charges at some point but what would be the legal charges against him?
