Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

I am a 19 year old male, and i am a college student. There is a guy in one of my classes who asked me if I wanted to model with him. I have a cousin who models part-time while in college and he makes good money, so i agreed. He seemed really credible and seemed like a cool guy. He started asking me for pics on my phone that he was going to forward on to his agent. I sent sent him many pics including some of me nude that he said i would need to send. He told me through text msg etc. that they would not ever be used for any reason other than for my FORD modeling application. Well, i began becoming increasingly suspicious of this "modeling" thing because i never really recieved proof of the agency other than emails from the "agent." I also began to be uncomfortable when he told me that i would have to do sexual acts on camera in order to achieve the "intense" look in a photo. I told him that i was not going to do those things on camera and got mad at him because of the sketchiness of the whole situation. Consequently, i stopped having contact with him. Not too long later he contacted me and told me that if i didnt want to do the "modeling" thing, then i would need to send him a message saying something like "I do not want to do this, and i forfeit all my earnings to you." I told him no, and he became extremely mad at me and called me all sorts of stuff. I thought it was all over, but not too long after, he told me to send him the text msg saying that i forfeit my earnings to him. I did not do it, because this whole thing was starting to sound extremely fishy. This went on for over a month. To make a long story short, his most recent tactic to try to make me send the text msg has been blackmail. He told me that if i didnt send the text, he would post my nude pics on a social website. I dont know what to do. If he does post the pics, do I have grounds for a lawsuit? This has been extremely stressful for me, because i am a pastors kid and if pics like that would get out it would be very very bad. I would really appreciate a reply. I want to know what i can do to #1 make him stop contacting me #2 stop him from posting the pics, or if he does post them, can i sue him and expect to win? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

The only thing I can think of at this juncture is to file a temporary restraining order preventing these people (and their affiliates) from publishing the pictures. Time isn't on your side.
