Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Im 18 years old and was dating an 16 year old with parental consent and some how it ended up us breaking up due to her cheating with me with her ex boyfriend. After an good period of time she tells me she is preg.... what is the leagal effects of this. I am ready to man up if it is mine and take the fathering or in case of some issues give up for adoption if needed.

Is there any chance she would agree to take a DNA test with you (after the baby is born)?

Once the baby is born, you can always file your own paternity suit (you should plan to give your lawyer a check for around $3000). The court can order her to cooperate with DNA testing. If the test comes back "negative," then everybody goes home.
