Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
How do I know if I have a case against a company for sexual harassment
I made a complaint against someone in my office for making comments about my panies to two VP's as well as making comments at least every day, if I was wearing any, why type, have I spoke with on the VP's that the comment was made to. After the complaint was filed, was not talking to by the department. Felt like I was black balled from several people. Never reported to upper management.

Who were making the comments?
Was one of them your supervisor?
Have you spoken to HR?
What makes you feel blackballed?
What company?
When did this happen? How long has it been going on?

You might have a cause of action, but should report this conduct internally to your HR Department or to a higher-up supervisor. If you do not get any satisfactory response, you should consult an experienced sexual harassment attorney.
