Employee Sexual Harassament
Can an employer bring suite against another employee for sexually harrassing other employees. Also, can sexually explicit e-mails be considered sexual harassament?

There are a number of steps one must take before a sexual harassment suit can be brought. Certainly, sexually explicit emails can be part of sexual harassment and, in certain circumstances, can independently themselves be sexual harassment. You should immediately contact an attorney experienced in these matters.

An employer can not sue an employee for sexual harassment because Title VII only prohibits unlawful employment practices by employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations.
