Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
Falsely Accused of Sexual Harassment
I am a customer service supervisor and recently was falsely accused of harassing one of my employees. The H.R. dept conducted an investigation and concluded that the employee's accusations were falsified. The employee was allowed to continue working at the company and was even given the option of remaining on my team. Do I have any grounds to seek legal action against the company?

You never said what the company did to you. Without that information there is no way to answer your question.
