Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

well when this happend i was 15(am a girl) and my girlfriend 17 my mom found out about us and made a scandal. she went to my school and said i was been harashed, the school police there made some sort of report and said i couldnt get near her or her to me, it sounded to me like a restraining order. but i was wondering since it didnt go to my record did the restraining order was just valid in school or also outside of school. it was pretty unfair since my mom wouldnt understand and to waht i heard she lied on her testimony to be able to get the Restriccion order.

It could have been a no-contact order or peace bond...it is hard to say with so little details.

You could contact an administrator at the school to try to learn more about the nautre of the reason for the "Restriction Order" and the terms of the order (what type of order, etc.).
