janitor harassed me i think

i was talking with my friends at lunch and one of the male janitors came up and grabbed me on my side, and later smiled at me, is that sexual harassment?

As you have concerns about this conduct, you should report it internally to your supervisor or your human resources department and have them investigate this activity. In general, though, an isolated incident of this sort does not rise to the level of what the law would recognize as "sexual harassment."
