Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
laws regarding sexual harassment in Texas
I have recently heard that a company or business has to have at least 15 employees in order for that business to be considered for a sexual harassment suit. Is this true and are there any exceptions?

Re: laws regarding sexual harassment in Texas
Under federal law and in Texas, that is generally true. There are other common law claims that can often be filed depending on the nature of the harassment, however, even when the company is smaller.
