Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
Hello, I live in Texas and I have a gay son and he's at the age of 17 currently and his partner is 16, my son will turn 18 in August and his partner will turn 17 in November, can they legally have sex at this moment of time? And, when my son turns 18, can he have any sexual contact with his partner before he turns 17? I don't want him to be charged with anything like statutory rape. Thank you.
