Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
sex with supervisor resulting in mental breakdown!
I worked for same company for 6 1/2 year. This company hired a new administrator 2 years ago. He immediately caught on to the fact that my husband of 21 years & I had problems in our marraige. He called and text messaged me frequently before, during & after work hours. He knew that my husband was the only man I had ever had sex with. I recieved multiple pay raises from this man--especially every time I would turn in my 2 weeks notice to quit my job. I do not believe the company we worked for did a thorough background check as I later found this man had been in drug rehab less than 5 years ago. Long story short...we had an affair and I had a mental breakdown which affected me in every aspect of my life including the fact that I could not concentrate at work. I would try to break the relationship off and he wouldn't have it, continually texting me throughout the day. I left the job without notice. I still have extreme depression over the entire situation.

Re: sex with supervisor resulting in mental breakdown!
You need to complain to his supervisor or to HR but you may only have a short time to do so. You need to consult with a lawyer skilled in this area to see if you have any rights.
