Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Sexual harassment case went to director, they wont help

the problem was that they understand I was and others were sexual harassed, they decieded to put her in another dept instead of getting rid of her. Though she has caused such a hostle work enviroment, she needs to be terminated. What can I do?

please help, I can give more detail to anyone that needs to know.
