Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
when does it become sexual harassment?
I am going through sexual harassment, i know i am. It happens almost everyday, from the manager to the customers. I feel like ''MAYBE'' there's something on my forehead that says, it's okay to say things to me that are, let's say for instance calling me a bitch, or me asking the customer if they would like a fork, and they say i will take anything at my age, or my manager walking to the backdoor saying he best go get his pool glasses on they reflect back, i've been slapped on the rear, i have told my manager all these instances and more, and he does nothing, and the big thing im scared of, is Jerry Jones owns half this company. I'm scared of being drug throught the mud. When does it become sexual harrassment when your boss is worse than most of the employees and customers...? What to do, HELP, ............

You clearly need to speak with an employment law attorney and explore your rights. You should not be treated in this way, and this conduct can be stopped and punished.

How long have you worked for them? What size is the company? How many people harassed you? Is your supervisor the person in charge fo hiring and firing?
