Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
I was wronfully terminated, EEOC has investigated my complain and has determined that my terminaiton was reprisal for a sexual harassment complaint i filed.
My quesiton is, concilliation is next, how do i determine a price or dollar amournt for settlement.
