Legal Question in Social Security Law in Texas
identify loss and compensation
I recently had a huge arguement with my father, I live with my family, rent free, and usually no problems. We had construction going on at our house and things were pretty crazy, my room wasnt clean so he put all my things in trash bags and put them behind the shed. He also emptied my personal deskm with all my files, statments, informations, etc and put that in the trash bags as well. I left for a day to go to houston, came back didnt see my things, * i assumed he moved them into the garage or something. The next day I find out he let the trash man take all my bellongings. My clothes * well over 2000 because it was all my clothes, shoes, school books, laptop charger, jewlery, palm treo, etc.. . My stuff might as well have been burned I couldnt track it, because it was the next day. He said I could live with him still, but he isnt cooperated with helping me rebuilt my loss. Can I sue him for the damages and i dentity loss? Now i have to file I identity theft, buy new clothes, I have to totally start over. What can I do ?

Re: identify loss and compensation
You can sue anybody for anything you can prove if you have a legal claim. If you want to sue your dad, go ahead. I'm sure that will improve things.
