I was diagnosed with ADD/ Bipolar II in January of this year and I applied for social security in March
I was denied and did a reconcideration providing new evidence that I am now suffering form depression how good are my chances of an approval this time?

Your chances will not improve until you get an attorney. Social Security is very stingy with their money. Find a Social Security attorney in your area.
