Legal Question in Social Security Law in Texas

Hello, My disable mother and sister are on SSI and they are living with me. I would like legal advice to help me with the problem of my brother coming over to my home while I am at work, and getting big amounts of my mother's and sisters SSI check from my mother for his personal use every month. What can I do legally.

Social Security has a process where your mother and sister can name you as the person responsible for their checks. You would then be in charge of their money. You don't have to go to court for this. Good Luck.
