Legal Question in Tax Law in Texas

IRS dues owed by future husband

PLEASE HELP!!! My fiance owes the IRS. Is there an account I can put my money into so that when we get he married the IRS can not touch since his name is not on the account? Can the IRS put a lien on my home or any of my investment accounts? I am also planning to open a business in my name only, how can I protect myself against his debts?

Kind regards ~ Stevie
