Legal Question in Tax Law in Texas

irs fines for frivelous returns.

How can the irs assess a penalty of $500.00,for filing a frivilous return under section 6702 of the irs code,as per their determination that the 1040 form with all zeros on it,which we filed was frivilous.

According to all information I have and have been able to research, the 1040 form is a self assesment of taxes used by the irs to defraud citizens out of tax monies that they are not liable for.

Under the irs tax code, form 1040 is a work sheet to be used with form 2255.

Also I have a letter stating that a change was made to my return and as a result, my taxes were 00.

Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Re: irs fines for frivelous returns.

Your return and argument are frivolous. Any argument that the Income Tax is Unconsititutional, voluntary, etc has been held wrong. Please see my explanation at http://www.taxesq.com/scams.html
