What can be done if my spouce signed my name to our tax return. We divorced the first of October of 2010. He signed my name to our 08 or 09 income tax return and I recently found out he could not do that. He also put the money in his savings and didn't let me get to it. Out of the four years I got a total of 2,800.00 and he got 25,000.00. I didnt get any of the money in our divorce because I didn't know at that time that I could and my attorney didn't really help me with it.

You probably have better civil action against your husband in state court. You might should sue him personally.
