I had some student loans. they got a judgement, I don't know how. but they took all my return. what can I do?

You can apply to defer your payments on your student loans provided that you meet the Leander's criteria for deferral, but it isn't likely based upon the information you have provided, that you will be able to recover the federal tax return from the lender without filing a suit to open the judgment based upon the lack of notice.
You will need to contact and retain a Texas attorney to challenge the judgment.
