Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

I was doing 58 in a 60 and almost was hit by another vehicle going around me and a police officer pulled me over and said he clocked me doing 68 in a 60 my husbands grandparents were with me and we all knew I wasn't speeding and so we were upset he was saying something that wasn't true when I got the ticket he wrote that I was doing 73 in a 60 and told me I had no choice but to sign it because it would let him do the paperwork but I wasn't admitting to guilt. I have witnesses to the fact I wasn't speeding and I am angry that the police man lied the whole time and even wrote the ticket for a higher amount than he claimed to clock me at. What do I do now as I am not guilty how do I prove this and get it dismissed I shouldn't be punished for his mistake.

Hire an attorney and go to a jury trial. You prove your case with your witnesses. If you want, call the police department and speak with a supervisor about filing a complaint against the officer for such behavior. You may ask for him to apologize personally for his behavior. We do not need police officers who hurt the image of the other good ones who take the job seriously and perform it with pride.
