2nd speeding ticket
17 year old daughter got a speeding ticket a few months ago, took defensive driving and is on probation. Can she get deferred adjudication?

Why is she on probation if she took defensive driving? Defensive driving alone should have dismissed the ticket. She might still qualify for deferred, but the prosecutor might not offer it. It's hard to say, since you say she is currently on probation.
