Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Hello I got 3 tickets today and I was wondering what type of action I can take 1 I know can be dismissed but the other 2 one for going 51 in a 35 speed limit and also I did defensive driving last year I'm not quiet sure I can get it again and also I got one for not putting on my blinker while switching lanes. Please help with some ideas because I'm a college student and I can not afford 2 tickets

You can ask for deferred disposition - a probation. You will have to pay court costs but the ticket will be dismissed if you get no more violations while on deferred.
